By using NexTrail you accept these terms.

1. Information service only

This website presents railway information that is already published for the public. It is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Ministry of Railways, Indian Railways, IRCTC, CRIS or any government body. No ownership of railway data is claimed.

2. No booking or payments

No tickets are sold here and no payment details, passwords or OTPs are ever requested. Book only on irctc.co.in.

3. Accuracy and availability

Timings, platforms, fares and running positions may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. The service is provided “as is” with no guarantee of accuracy or uptime.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTrail is not liable for any loss — including missed trains or connections — arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Travel decisions remain the visitor's responsibility.

5. Fair use

Please do not run automated bulk queries that degrade the service for others, and do not attempt unauthorised access. The underlying railway information is public; only this website's design and software are protected.

6. Third-party content and licences

Some of what you see is supplied live by third parties and remains theirs. Place descriptions and photographs come from Wikipedia — article text under CC BY-SA 4.0, each image under the licence on its own file page — and maps use data from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Attribution and links to the source are shown wherever that material appears. Those licences run between you and the original authors: if you copy anything further, you must satisfy them yourself. NexTrail claims no ownership of that material, gives no warranty about it, and is not endorsed by Wikipedia, the Wikimedia Foundation or the OpenStreetMap Foundation. Rights holders may ask for removal at ssvp@biasdesk.in.

7. Advertising

Advertising may be shown to keep the service free. It is labelled and has no influence on the information displayed.

8. Changes and law

These terms may be updated at any time and are governed by the laws of India.

What this is. NexTrail collects railway information that Indian Railways and the Government of India already publish for the public and shows it in one place, free of charge. It is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Ministry of Railways, Indian Railways, IRCTC, CRIS or any government body.

No ownership claimed. All rights in railway information remain with Indian Railways / Government of India and the respective publishers; their names and marks are used only to identify services factually. If an owner would prefer something not be shown, write to us and it will be removed.

Third-party content. Place descriptions and photographs are fetched live from Wikipedia and remain the work of their authors — text under CC BY-SA 4.0, each image under the licence on its own file page. Maps show map data © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Neither the Wikimedia Foundation nor the OpenStreetMap Foundation endorses this website.
